The school is governed by an Executive Board and a Board of Directors who report annually to the Shareholders.

 

The Board of Directors meets monthly, whereas the Executive Board meet every 2-3 months. For the past year, the Board has been actively involved in the following key areas of school development:

 

• Construction of new Multipurpose Sports Complex (MPSC)
• Strategic Planning
• Policy and Procedures implementation
• Accreditation Self-Study teams
• Personal contribution of funds for the construction of the MPSC
• Planning for the new school Theatre and the Outdoor Learning Centre for the Early Years Unit

The Board liaises with the License Holder and Headmaster to ensure management and leadership are in place to further develop the school and ensure the best education for students is provided. Below are the current Executive Board members:
