Below please find helpful information for individuals interested in enrolling into Year 12 (equivalent to Grade 11 in American or Year 11 in Australian educational systems) at the Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School.

 

1) A-level Plus Programme (Year 12 & Year 13)

The A-level Plus Programme is being offered at Bangkok Prep in the academic year 2010-11.

 

2) Registration Fee

The normally-required, one-off and non-refundable registration fee of Baht 98,000 will be entirely waived due to the limited 2-year time frame of the Year 12 & 13 A-level Plus Programme, coupled with a special consideration given to the amount of the tuition fees set for the final 2 years of secondary school in comparison to fees set for other year groups.

 

3) Eligibility

For applicants who have been attending schools offering English National Curriculum, a minimum of 5 predicted C grades in the IGCSE, GCSE or O-level subjects are required.

 

Applicants unable to submit the 5 predicted grades of C in IGCSE subjects or who have been attending other educational systems are required to submit previous school reports covering the last two years of schooling, be interviewed by the Head of Secondary School and may be required to sit an entrance exam.
